Delivery within the United Kingdom:
Free on all orders over £50
First Class (Orders less than £50) charged at £3.95
Special Delivery charged at £5.95
Please note that the delivery charges to addresses outside of the United Kingdom will depend on the weight of goods being dispatched. This charge will be confirmed and agreed with the person making the purchase prior to dispatch.
We aim to despatch your goods within 48 hours from receipt of your order, subject to stock availability. If there is going to be any delay with your order, we will contact you and keep you informed.

We are committed to safeguarding our customers' privacy and we adhere to the strict rules of the Data Protection Act to ensure that any of the personal details that we hold are protected from unauthorised access.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your e-purchase, you can return any item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges and / or refunds will only be granted within this timescale.
We recommend that you send your returns by recorded delivery; this means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods lost. The Little Clothes Horse will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. Always retain your proof of postage. Goods are returned to The Little Clothes Horse at your own expense.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice and a brief covering letter explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or replacement is preferred. If you do not include all the required paperwork then the refund or replacement of your goods may be delayed or not completed.
We will email you to confirm when your refund has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 - 3 weeks after you have posted the goods back to us.
Please note that items bought as gifts that you require a refund or exchange for can only be given to the original payer by the original means of payment.
Legal Statements on Returns
Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 28 days post delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods The Little Clothes Horse will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to The Little Clothes Horse on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount or offer, that discount or offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount or offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
